  2. Groups The sufferer can feel OK while they are in the group but, be under the diseases influence when they are at home. Groups should be controlled by people who have suffered and recovered from the disease, Not by individuals who have never gone through it. Group give access to individuals who are also Anorexic or Bulimic. Which is better if some of them are in greater states of recovery.

  3. In the group patients Some times patients get worse over a sort of unconscious competition. This kind of competition always exists. Sometimes it can get out of control and cause a lot of harm to some members of the group. Groups over 4 or 5 patients should be monitored by more then one person.

  4. Parents of sufferers often think that the doctors or the therapist know all. The truth is that parents should be the most important people who can really truly help.

  5. Partners and friends partners and friends should actively look and seek information on how they can help. And also search for what other people have done to help save their loved ones health and life.

  6. Eating disorder sufferers, The truth is that you are what is best for you when it comes to health . If you follow a special individual program at home you will not need any outside help at all.

  7. Sufferers of Anorexia think that if they don't eat less they will become obese and never be happy again. Weight gain with Anorexic, in-fact is gradual and usually the last thing touched up on in therapy following an individual program at home the patient can loose this fear in a matter of weeks.

  8. Sufferers of Bulimia think that he/she has control over their bulimia. The truth is that Bulimia takes all control over the patient, sabotaged by her/his own infliction.
    By following a specially formed program the sufferer will be able to control their appetite, stop purging after meals. And feel like themselves again.
